PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY
The orthopedic spring core is covered with a double layer of impregnated felt with a density of 800 g/m2. A 3 cm thick polyurethane layer with a density of 23 kg/m3 is placed on top of the felt. Each spring contains special cones to increase its durability. The edges are reinforced with 5 cm thick and 14.5 cm high polyurethane rods along the entire perimeter. Four longitudinal polyurethane beams are inserted between the rows of springs, increasing the firmness of the elastic support. The winter side of the mattress features a layer of natural wool with a density of 600 g/m2. The side panel includes two aerators to ensure perfect ventilation of the mattress.

SURFACE COATING

The outer cover is made of a viscose and cotton blend. The side panel is quilted with a 6 mm polyurethane band and is equipped with aerators on both sides.
