DESCRIPTION
Specifically designed to support weight up to 160 kg/person, the Premium XXL mattress offers superior support thanks to its structure ultra reinforcedEach spring is individually reinforced with polyurethane cones, and the whole system is handcrafted for greater durability and attention to detail.

The mattress has a summer side and a winter side: the winter side is enriched with a 1 cm layer of natural wool, while the summer side is covered in hypoallergenic wadding, offering comfort and an optimal temperature in every season.

PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY
The orthopedic spring core is covered with a double layer of 800 g/m² impregnated felt. A 3 cm thick polyurethane foam sheet with a density of 23 kg/m³ is applied to this layer. The edges of the mattress are reinforced with 5 cm thick and 14.5 cm high polyurethane bars, arranged along the entire perimeter. Furthermore, between the rows of springs are 4 longitudinal polyurethane beams which increase the resistance of the elastic structure. The side band includes 4 ventilation valves for optimal ventilation.

SURFACE COATING
The mattress cover is quilted with 200 g/m² hypoallergenic volumetric wadding and a 1 cm layer of polyurethane foam with a density of 23 kg/m³. The outer fabric is a pleasant blend of viscose and cotton. The quilted side panels feature vents on both sides, reinforced with 6 mm polyurethane for added stability and an elegant finish.
