PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY
The mattress uses 2.4 mm biconical springs made of high-quality, heat-treated carbon steel, with a height of 145 mm. Two layers of impregnated felt with a density of 800 g/m2 cover the spring core, significantly increasing its support. The edges are reinforced with 5 cm thick, 14.5 cm high polyurethane bars around the entire perimeter of the mattress, while the felt layers are covered with a 2 cm thick polyurethane layer with a density of 23 kg/m3.

SURFACE COATING
The Sensation orthopedic mattress features a compact quilted cover made from hypoallergenic volumetric wadding with a density of 200 g/m2, combined with a 1 cm thick layer of polyurethane foam with a density of 23 kg/m3. The outer cover is made from a blend of viscose and cotton. The side panels are quilted with a 6 mm polyurethane strip and feature aerators on both sides.
